Jake May was a helicopter pilot. He served two tours in the Middle East.

Jake shared his suffering and adversity of war with Jackson. Afterwards, he gave Jackson his Air Medal for "enduring courage in the face of suffering".

Jake has been a very positive Christian influence for Jackson and Jackson would do anything for him.

Jackson has a big interest in war stories. Jake even took him up in a helicopter ride.
