When Jackson was in Cincinnati Children's Hospital for the 26 months, Nick Saban at the time was the head football coach at the University of Alabama. He sent Jackson this signed picture.

Then one day, Coach Saban called Jackson. Coach Saban heard that Jackson was having a tough time in the hospital. He said he wanted to call and wish Jackson a Merry Christmas, wish him well and thinking about him. They spoke for about five minutes.
